Each Lodge is a dynamic organization, alive and changing with the times. A By-Laws Committee regularly reviews the Lodge By-Laws and recommends updating and changes deemed necessary. It should recommend changes required to keep the By-Laws in conformance with changing Grand Lodge Regulations as well as other changes that may be required from time to time
